Ms. Karishma Kafle holds a diverse educational background, including a Master's in Counselling Psychology from Samarpan Academy Dhumbharai, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with Social Work from Padma Kanya Multiple Campus, Kathmandu, Nepal.
With a rich professional history, she currently serves as a Senior Career Counsellor and Trainer of Trainers (TOT) at Career Disha Nepal, Putalisadak. She has excelled as a freelancer in mental health-related workshops and as a Lead Trainer for Career Guidance Programs since 2021. Her extensive experience includes psychosocial counseling across various organizations, with notable roles as a Career Facilitator and Co-trainer at ANTARANG Psychosocial Research and Training Institute from 2018 to 2021.She has collaborated with local government bodies, schools, and job fairs, delivering impactful career counseling and awareness programs.
Ms. Kafle is also recognized for her commitment to personal development through diverse training programs, including psychosocial counseling, Gestalt therapy, and career guidance in schools. She holds certifications in Graphology and has completed training in happiness and meditation techniques contributing insights and leadership rooted in both academic rigor and practical experience.
